Tom Archard took the helm at Fordmore Farm Shop Café in October 2024. The Café serves breakfast and lunch, using quality, locally-sourced ingredients including beef and lamb Fordmore Farm’s organically-reared herds, and fish from the on-site fishmonger. We asked Tom about his career highlights, ethos and what to look forward to from his kitchen this season.
