  • Some zing for spring. Powderkeg’s ‘Spring Theory’ is as fresh as a daisy. Crammed with hops, Spring Theory is a lagered IPA and is the first @powderkegbeer special for 2024. Fruity New Zealand hops and a long cold fermentation create an elegant structure that spirals into a lively finish with floral notes. Head brewer John said: “After a long damp winter, you get this sense that everyone is ready to spring into action, to get out and socialise, and Spring Theory is the perfect beer to accompany that return to life”. Cans are on sale in all good independent farm shops, wine shops and retail outlets. Cask and keg on draught in lots of independent bars in Devon.

  • Hey look! Brand new packaging and flavours coming from @inyamabiltong… no more hours of hand labelling for this dynamic duo - stars of the final @hairybikers episode! Wondering what biltong is? Simply, it’s cured and air dried meat, but Inyama Biltong is pretty special. It’s made from regeneratively farmed beef, 100% pasture-fed on Devon farms. It packs a protein punch, is low in fat and is lovingly handmade by Don and Amy. There are no weird ingredients and it tastes amazing! Follow their journey @inyamabiltong and check out their website, just search Inyama Biltong.

  • Well done to @sandfordorchards for their incredible medal haul at @devoncountyshow! Two bronze. Two silver. Three gold. Reserve Champion AND Supreme Champion in the Cider Awards. What makes this even more special is that all of their winning ciders have been made with unknown apple varieties that they have discovered whilst working with the @universityofbristol, using cutting-edge DNA fingerprinting techniques to uncover and preserve lost cider apple cultivars.
