POWDERHAM FARM SHOP AND BISTRO
In the grounds of Powderham Castle on the banks of the River Exe, this family-owned Farm Shop and Bistro, complete with in-house butchery, deli and Post Office is not just a foodie destination, but a hub for shopping, relaxing and dining on locally-sourced, small batch artisan food and drink. Husband and wife team Lee and Alex Harry, serve freshly cooked fish & chips and other delicious specials around Exeter and at private events, pop-ups and festivals across the county from their lovely converted horse box. Lee is a chef with more than 20 years’ experience, working for many years with Michael Caines and more recently on the River Exe Cafe. His Wild Mushroom Arancini and Salt Beef Croquettes (available now at Exeter Christmas Market!) are a particular favourite with the Food Drink Devon team! @harryskitchen1
