This winter, MICHELIN-starred restaurant Àclèaf invites you to a unique dining experience: the Àclèaf x The Àclèaf Book Menu, available throughout January and February 2026 at the 5-star Boringdon Hall Hotel & Spa near Plymouth.

Savour a four-course menu featuring signature dishes from the acclaimed Àclèaf Book, expertly crafted by Head Chef Scott Paton.

With every course, guests will receive a recipe card revealing the meticulous technique and artistry behind each plate.

As the evening concludes, each pair of guests will receive a copy of the Àclèaf Book. This beautifully bound keepsake details the philosophy and journey of Àclèaf, offering a sophisticated memento to remember your MICHELIN dining experience at home.
