Devon Rum Co. Opens Waterside Venue in Salcombe

Just in time for the summer, Devon Rum Co. is pleased to announce the opening of its new headquarters on Island Street in Salcombe!

This exciting new waterside venue sees the brand combine its production and distribution with a retail store and multipurpose events space, creating the ultimate destination for rum fans.

“For the first time ever, customers will now be able to visit our Blending House and see first-hand how we create our range of award-winning artisan rums,” explains Founder Dave Seear.

“After getting a real education on how we produce our hand-crafted spirits, visitors are then invited to sample our rums before browsing our full range of bottles, gifts, apparel, and more in-store.”

The addition of a dedicated events space also marks a new opportunity for the brand, with plans to create a roster of unmissable events that include rum tastings, cocktail nights, live music, and more.

This move comes on the back of strong growth for the brand, which in just two years has become one of the South West’s most exciting craft spirit producers.

“Our range has a strong presence on the shelves of more than 300 independent shops, bars, restaurants, and hotels across the South West,” added Seear. “It’s our hope that our new HQ in Salcombe will help us to build on this – introducing thousands of new fans nationwide to the joy of artisan rum.”
