Nowadays it boasts 42 sumptuous rooms and suites, a well-stocked bar and three tantalising dining spaces – Àclèaf has a MICHELIN star and 4 AA Rosettes. There is casual dining in the intimate brasserie-style Mayflower Restaurant and the Great Hall where lighter bites and afternoon tea is served.
