Celebrated Plymouth fine dining restaurant Àclèaf have launched the Àclèaf Book which is now available for pre-order for dispatch in October.

This book narrates the journey of the restaurant from initial design and concepts through to the Michelin listed restaurant it is today.

The book includes behind-the-scenes dish developments along with a meet the team section, a feature on some of our key suppliers together  with seasonal recipes from Head Chef Scott Paton.

A showcase of inventive British fare, using only the finest locally sourced ingredients, Àclèaf is a unique dining experience exclusive to Boringdon Hall where Scott Paton’s seasonally led signature tasting menu takes centre stage. The new book is sure to be an fascinating read.
