New menu launched at The View Restaurant

Enjoy the brand new menu with a truly spectacular view at Exeter’s View restaurant – at The Courtyard at Sandy Park.

The team at The View, led by Head Chef, Richard Hunt, explores the Devonshire countryside and coastline to unearth the finest flavours in this new late summer menu, championing a love for everything local.

Richard is passionate about local produce, sustainability and utilising the best of Britain’s seasonal ingredients and this shine through.

Explore the new menu, which includes such dishes at Devon Crab Tortellini and Cucumber & Prawn Roulade to start, followed by a 12 hour Slow Cooked Prime Belly of Devon Pork or Herb and Roasted Garlic Spätzle, and lots more choice including from the Charcoal Grill; a delicious seafood menu; sharing dishes and a mouthwatering selection of desserts.
