New Head Chef
New Head Chef at the Blue Ball, Robert Palmer, hails from Brighton, but he cut his teeth working in pubs and restaurants - including Michelin starred establishments - across the country. Robert moved to Devon last year with his family and has settled in Exeter.
New seasonal menu
