Food Drink Devon has launched its new website with the help of its members

The new website is set to attract visitors from near and far as it showcases the very best food and drink in this thriving county.

The film that sits prominently on the new homepage is a collaboration of new and existing footage, created by the highly skilled videographers at The Really Good Media Company. With the pandemic limiting the options to film all aspects of the food and drink industry, Food Drink Devon asked its members to provide existing footage that helped to portray the fabulous bounty of this unique county. Local food and drink producers also supplied the membership organisation with produce for a video shoot with award-winning chef Peter Gorton. Filming took place at The Husbandry School in Bickington and their beautiful landscapes, kitchen and animals all star in the film.

New still images were captured by Steven Haywood at Peter Gorton’s kitchen and existing photography was also provided by South West Wine School shot by Nick Hook at one of their bustling wine events in 2019.

Food Drink Devon would like to say a huge thank you to all who provided produce, time or content for the new website including Lovaton Farm, Blakewell Fishery & Smokehouse, Sharpham Cheese, Salcombe Brewery, River Teign Shellfish, Veyseys Butchers, The Bay Tree Food Co, Sidmouth Gin, Eversfield Organic, Calancombe Estate Vineyard, Lyme Bay Winery, Luscombe Drinks, Salcombe Distilling Company, Brixham Fish Market, Brixham Trawler Agents, West Country Fruit Sales and Veggies and More.
