Devon Rum Co – Honey Spiced Rum, 37%

Blended with Devon wildflower honey from Quince’s Honey Farm in North Devon, Devon Rum Co’s Honey Spiced Rum is beautifully smooth, complex, and easy going.

The signature serve is a ‘Devon Meadow’. Fill a highball glass with crushed ice, add elderflower presse & soda water topped with a generous dose of Honey Spiced Rum, and garnish with fresh rosemary, and enjoy!

‘Golden Amber with a slight viscosity. Aromas of Devon wildflower honey, with undercurrents of cardamom and raisin. Moderately sweet, with twists of lemon zest and allspice.’
