Veganuary

After the excesses of Christmas it’s nice to press the reset button and start the new year afresh. For those opting to take part in Veganuary, The Bay Tree has some amazing tasting vegan sauces to pep up your meals in the form of Vegan Hollandaise and Vegan Tartare Sauce. They are just as good as the ‘normal’ versions so it means you don’t need to compromise on tasty food, and once you’ve tried them you won’t even feel the need to change back in February. It also means you are playing your part in helping the environment, so it’s a win all round.

Available from The Bay Tree website at: www.thebaytree.co.uk, and from Waitrose.

  • Vegan Hollandaise Sauce £2.85
  • Vegan Tartare Sauce £2.60

Dry January

Easing off the alcohol is a common resolution for the new year, but sometimes we need a little encouragement to get going. Fortunately, Dry January makes it sound more like a fun social activity to take part in, so if you’re looking to join the crowd this Dry January, The Bay Tree stocks some drinks to get the party started. Hullabaloos is a range of still fruit drinks hand-made in the South West using traditional methods and natural recipes. They’re full of flavour, and the only thing left out is the baddies. They are all gluten free and also vegan, so they’ll double for Veganuary too.
