Forest Fungi Mushroom Farm Tour, Dawlish Warren
Forest Fungi Mushroom Farm, Shop and Café is now open for indoor and alfresco dining, and takeaways, serving a range of delicious breakfast and lunch items, between 9am – 2pm, not forgetting their fabulous coffee and cake selection.
They also offer a ‘grow your own’ mushroom farm tour, a fun experience offering lots of information about the fungi and the farm. You will be given your very own grow block and taught how to grow their fabulous shiitake mushrooms at home.
Dartmoor Brewery’s New Ice Warrior Ale
England’s highest brewery, based in the heart of Devon’s Dartmoor National Park, has teamed up with Dartmoor-based polar exploration project, Ice Warrior, to launch a new beer which captures the spirit of exploration and outdoor experience.

Lyme Bay Winery’s New Canned Mead
LBW Drinks has relaunched its Jack Ratt canned meads with brand new packaging to appeal to a whole new audience of mead drinkers. The Jack Ratt Cyser and Jack Ratt Sparkling Mead are both available in 33cl cans. The Cyser is a mix of sparkling mead and traditional scrumpy cider, offering a combination of apples and honey that is crisp, clean and refreshing. The Sparkling Mead has light notes of honey combining with a delicate fizz for a mouth-watering finish.
Clotted Cream Cake made with Atlantic Spirit Gin
Clotted cream is an indulgent and beautiful delicacy from the west country. It helps to make this a deliciously light and tasty cake. The Lundy gin is distilled using Lemon balm, thyme, gorse flowers and also rosemary, which is why we use this gin because it is perfect in the drizzle.
Clive’s Pies New Vegan Quiches
Devon based bakery Clive’s Purely Plants have launched two new varieties of vegan quiche to join their bestselling Vegan Quiche Lorraine and Creamy Cauliflower Quiche.
The launch adds a Roasted Red Pepper Quiche and a Broccoli & Pesto Quiche. All four are single serve portions in Clive’s usual plastic free packaging. They are best eaten cold so perfect for a summer of vegan picnicking ahead.

Owens Coffee has opened their new and improved shop and takeaway at The Roastery in Ivybridge. All of the products are locally sourced, which now includes bacon toasties, sandwiches, hot paninis, freshly baked cakes and pastries, brownies, shortbreads, flapjacks and more “to go” with your takeaway coffee and hot drinks, or with a range of cold drinks straight from the fridge.
