Exeter Gin has created a Valentine's cocktail based on the classic French 75 cocktail with a twist.

Makes1 Serving

25 ml Grandad's Allotment Strawberry & Lime Gin

5 ml Agave

Champagne or Prosecco

strawberrygarnish

Add 25ml Grandad's Allotment strawberry & lime gin and 5ml Agave to A shaker of ice, shake hard and pour into a champagne flute - top up with Champagne or Prosecco and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
