July news from The Angel

Well hello July…

We aren’t sure at all where this year has gone!  We have been incredibly busy, as is all of Dartmouth, with lots of lovely visitors coming to see our picture perfect town.

Our team has grown, and it is a very warm Angel welcome to Naomi, who joins Jana at Front of House, and to James our new trainee Chef de Partie in our busy kitchen, under Head Chef Elly Wentworth’s tuition.  We are looking forward to working with them both.

The restaurant is already fully booked throughout July, but we do have spaces at lunchtime throughout August, so why not think about treating yourself to a special lunch with us?

For a warm day, think Salmon with a Cucumber Beurre Blanc accompanied by a glass of Sharpham Estate Selection.  Follow this with our Soy Glazed Beef Cheek and pair with a glass of Beaujolais.  Finish your meal with new to the menu, Strawberry Key Lime Pie, maybe followed by an Espresso Martini?
