Our Head Chef Elly Wentworth brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience having worked previously in 3 One Michelin Star Restaurants and was a runner-Up in 2016 Masterchef - The Professional's. With Elly at the helm, we want to continue the legacy of Joyce Molyneux, and make The Angel a foodie destination once more.

We firmly believe that the best ingredients are seasonal and local, working closely with local suppliers and producers to get the best possible produce available, to create sublime dishes, in a superb setting for an amazing, relaxing dining experience.

The restaurant is situated overlooking the River Dart and can seat 40 covers within with a open kitchen for diners to watch Elly and her team in action.
