Hattiers is the perfect addition to a whole host of delicious rum based cocktails, from classic Daiquiris to good old fashioned Corn 'n' Oil. With it's super smooth, caramel and soft fruit notes, our premium Barbados rum adds some authentic Caribbean flavour to any dinner party or event.

- 4 Strawberries
- 60 ml Hattiers Premium Reserve Rum
- 30 ml Lime juice
- 15 ml Sugar syrup
Instructions
Method
- Add all the ingredients (apart from one strawberry to garnish) in a cocktail shaker and muddle
- Shake vigorously
- Strain into a pre-chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with a strawberry
