The Bay Tree Food Company from Ivybridge, Devon, has achieved a 100% success rate with four gold medals out of four entries at the 2022 Taste Of The West Awards. In addition to some popular and long-standing recipes, it was decided to include one of the newly launched Salsa range.
“Customer response to the new salsas has been very positive, and it’s good to get the same response from an independent judging panel,” said Emma Macdonald, the company founder and MD.
The products that received gold awards are:
- Proper Piccalilli,
- Garlic & Fennel Mustard,
- Moreish Mint Jelly,
- Mild Salsa
