Having grown up on the family’s delicious, homemade Cucumber Relish, chef Emma Macdonald had the simple idea that full flavoured, quality chutneys and preserves needed to be brought to the speciality sector. This simple idea was the start of something very special and over 22 years later The Bay Tree produces well over 150 delicious products.

Whilst the company may have grown, the philosophy remains the same; produce delicious products just like you would make at home. We want to bring the wonder, adventure and enjoyment of nature’s finest flavours into every home.
