Amanda Ringelberg is the founder and managing director of Granny Gothards International Limited and ProIce Products Limited. Amanda and Granny Gothards were named as Exporter of the Year and are Department of International Trade, Export Champions after successfully entering markets in the Middle East, Far East and Europe. The Ice Cream that Granny Gothards produce has been a winner in too many competitions to mention but include Great Taste Awards as well as local Taste of the West Awards and was voted the best food product in the South West in 2021 and Best food product in Devon in 2022/2023.

Claire Mortimer, Fabulous Farm Shops

Fabulous Farm Shops are the UK’s online Farm Shop Directory. Connecting customers with farm shops, farm shops with customers and British producers with both! They have now created a UK FARM SHOP MAP, that can be downloaded via a QR code and kept on your phone, to locate your nearest farm shop. Posters have been sent to all tourist boards and community organisations.

Fabulous Farm Shops also have a British Producer Directory list online, for both farm shops and direct consumers to access. They now also have a printed British producer trade directory – The ‘A’ list, which we mail to ALL farm shop buyers. Partnering with farm shop & deli show, Hale events and fine food digest for many years now and have joined forces with Britstops and Visit England, to expand their visibility to a wider audience and gain more exposure for farm shops and producers. 

We have also recently teamed up with several companies to bring our members some amazing FREE deals to bring more revenue to their business, not exclusive, but including working with an EV charging installer and free solar energy and/or batteries project.

As MD of Little’s Coffee, Will Little is at the helm of one of the most exciting coffee brands in the UK. His second-generation, Devon-based family business already have distribution in some of the UK’s biggest supermarkets, as well as exporting to 22 countries worldwide. Fresh from this years’ Dragons’ Den and with backing from Steven Bartlett, Little’s are poised for a very exciting 2025.

Ben White, ex British Corner Shop

Ben has been in and around the food industry for over 40 years, even as youngster when his parents had just started Marshfield Bakery in 1984! Having worked at all levels and departments of the business, he really is a seasoned business owner have broad skills needed to run a business. Since selling the family business he’s worked in other businesses primarily within sales and development, stretching through to internal teams and structures and mixed with plenty of internal trade across various markets.

Joe Hammond, Winslade Manor

Joe is a hospitality leader and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience across venues, events, and food businesses in the South West. After managing Woodbury Park for 16 years and leading its acquisition by The Club Company, he launched The Hospitality Team, delivering high-quality operations for clients like Exeter University, Exeter City FC, and Warwick Events, while helping to relaunch venues such as The Turf Hotel and The Stand Off.

He is a founding partner of the South West Food Group, home to South West Sandwich Company, Big Bites and operating partners at Tilly’s The Gluten Free Bakery  and Ginger Cat and a director of 1314 Events.

Joe’s current focus is Winslade Manor, initially run as an award-winning restaurant, now expanded into a vibrant café, events venue, and outside catering business. The team recently secured a technical catering contract with a growing group of 4-star hotels, supplying restaurant and event food along with full hospitality teams.
