Beth Ardron, voco Zeal
Beth is an experienced hospitality professional with a proven track record in sales and marketing leadership across the UK hotel industry. Currently, as Director of Sales and Marketing at voco Zeal Exeter Science Park, she is spearheading the commercial launch of IHG’s first net zero carbon hotel, a 142-room property that opened in February 2025. Prior to this role, Beth was Cluster Director of Sales at Klarent Hospitality, overseeing both the Mercure Exeter Rougemont and Mercure Exeter Southgate hotels.Her earlier experience includes positions as Sales Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton London - Chelsea and as Sales & Marketing Manager at Dunalastair Hotel Suites in the Scottish Highlands.
Beth’s deep understanding of both urban and rural markets, combined with her commitment to sustainable hospitality, positions her as a dynamic voice in the industry. She brings invaluable insights into launching a sustainable property and aligning commercial strategies with evolving guest expectations.
Lucy Williams
With over 25 years of hospitality experience, with time spent at both JD Wetherspoon in various operational and people team roles and as Head of Learning and Development for Loungers, I have extensive experience in leading teams and creating impactive training programmes and tools. After completing a coaching qualification and achieving DISCflex facilitator status, I have recently launched my own business - Three Trees Learning & Development. With a passion for leadership development, I support businesses who recognise people are their biggest asset and are serious about building and maintaining a culture of team engagement and ongoing development.
