An evening with Gill Meller at Sandridge Barton Winery
Friday 7th March | 6.00pm
Head to Sandridge Barton for what will be a wonderful evening of good food and wines, as they're joined by cook, writer, and gardener, Gill Meller.
You’ll start the evening in the Winery with head winemakers, who will guide you through some samples straight from the barrels, before making your way to the restaurant for an evening of culinary delights.
Gill will be preparing an exclusive menu inspired by his latest book ‘Outside’, which explores the connection between the land, the seasons, and outdoor cooking! In working with the seasons, dishes will highlight the best of the local, seasonal and sustainable produce Devon has to offer.
To compliment the menu, the Sandridge team has selected pairing recommendations from their award-winning wines for you to enjoy!
Gill Meller is a chef, award-winning food writer, teacher and advocate for real cooking.
