Hot food and fresh farm produce will be for sale on the day.
Friday 14th June - Field To Fork Feasting Experience
6pm until finish | £95pp
We will be collaborating with Exmoor Game School to provide you with a hands on, field to fork experience. All meat will be sourced from our organic, pasture for life certified farm or from Exmoor, sustainably sourced from Exmoor Game School.
Participants will get the opportunity to make their own game sausages using our very own mangalitza fat. You will also get the opportunity to butcher a deer, and learn about the benefits of pasture raised produce. We will then campfire cook our sausages, steaks and other produce with some salads and fresh bread.
This experience is suited to those who want to understand food systems, learn about the benefits of eating our native breeds and get involved (or watch) fresh butchery.
