Lyme Bay Winery tasting event

To mark English Wine Week, Lyme Bay Winery, s inviting wine lovers to discover the quality and character of English wine through a series of special tasting events at its winery near Axminster.

As part of WineGB English Wine Week celebrations visitors can join one-hour guided tastings on Tuesday 23rd, Thursday 25th and Friday 26th June at 2.00pm for £15 per person.

During the tastings guests will enjoy four English wines, including a sparkling, a white, a rosé and a red.  Each wine will be paired with a carefully selected cheese.

The sessions will be led by Cellar Door Manager Steve Richardson, who will explain how Lyme Bay Winery sources its grapes, why its growers are located in specific regions, the winemaking process behind the wines and offer practical tips on choosing wine from a restaurant wine list.
