‘Stew & Dumplings’
Slow cooked Budleigh lobster, lobster dumpling, shellfish Boulanger potato, braised baby gem lettuce, lobster bisque.
‘Rhubarb & Custard’
Rhubarb mousse, all buttered shortbread biscuit, rhubarb gel and jelly, torched meringue, rhubarb sorbet, white chocolate custard.
