A great twist on a classic drink from Devon Rum Company.
Ingredients
Ingredients
- 50 ml Devon Rum Co Spiced Rum
- 2 tsp Raw sugar
- 8-10 Fresh mint leaves
- 100 ml Soda water
- Ice
Instructions
Method
- Put the mint leaves and sugar in the bottom of a tall glass, squeeze in the juice from the lime, then muddle all the ingredients together to release the flavours.
- Pour in the rum, fill the glass with ice, then top up with soda water
- Garnish with lime and a sprig of mint
