Torbay Gin, instantly recognisable by its signature blue colour to reflect its relationship with the sea.

The gin changes colour to pink when tonic is added to add a little theatre for the drinker. The reaction is brought on by the Butterfly Pea Flower, which the gin is steeped in.

Torbay Gin is a juniper led gin for that mouthful feeling with a delicate hint of sea spaghetti which is evident from the second the stopper is released from the bottle. It has a very bright citrus nose of orange and lime, which then moves very subtly into thyme and then finishes on the warming notes of cardamom.
