Originating from Devon in the West Country over 30 years ago, we now have independently-run family fudge pantries across the UK. Each shop uses traditional recipes to make fresh fudge every day, handmade in full view for you to see.
Roly’s Fudge started in 1987 when the founders started to make homemade fudge in their farmhouse cottage kitchen. They decided to return to the artisan method of making fudge – no oils or additives were needed, just finest quality ingredients made with only traditional methods.
Using a large copper cauldron obtained from a Devon antique shop, they followed an old family recipe passed down over generations to make the first batch of traditional vanilla clotted cream, using lashings of Devon butter.
No artificial colourings or flavourings, emulsifiers, additives or palm oils… ever!
Roly’s Fudge have introduced a vegan range of fudge flavours! This vegan fudge contains cashew butter as well as the very best of organic soya milk and coconut oil. This means that our vegan fudge is crumbly and melt-in-the-mouth, like you would expect from our traditional Roly’s Fudge recipe!
