In celebration of National Rum Day (August 16th) Salcombe Dairy has added the award-winning (and very boozy!) Rum & Raisin ice cream to their new home delivery service.

A few clicks ordering online at salcombedairy.co.uk and Devonshire ice cream or sorbet, packed in dry ice and recycled denim will arrive on your doorstep, anywhere in mainland UK!

For an easy-peasy but impressive summer cocktail to celebrate National Rum Day, the dairy-free Rainforest Nectar ice cream (also newly available online at www.salcombedairy.co.uk or in all good farm shops and delis in Devon) makes the perfect Pina Colada:

Blend two scoops of Salcombe Dairy Rainforest Nectar dairy-free ice cream with 120ml of pineapple juice and 60ml of rum.
Simply pour into two glasses and decorate with fruit. For a mocktail version, just omit the rum!
