Celebrate National Prosecco Day (August 13th) with Salcombe Dairy’s summery Kir Royale, which uses their fruity Blackcurrant sorbet. Available for home delivery in two litre tubs.

Simply place a teaspoon sized scoop of Blackcurrant sorbet at the bottom of a tall glass and top with sparkling wine or champagne. For an extra kick of sharp blackcurranty gorgeousness, add 20ml of Calancombe Estate Crème de Cassis.
