A bumper month of events & courses at High Grange – Fire schools, feasting and tapas

At High Grange, the leaves are coming out, the flowers are coming into bloom, and Luke, Sara and the team are striding into their busiest season yet. Fire schools and feast nights are selling fast so book soon to make sure of your place round the fire.

Fire Supper – Wednesday 7th June 7-11pm

Our informal suppers, but with the same structure, attention to detail and quality as our Signature feasts. You will be served two or three courses in the theme of whatever Luke has chosen and enjoy eating, drinking and laughing around our beautiful oak dining table. Menus will be released a week or so before the event.

Yes, we’re doing back-to-back Full Day Fire schools following a request from a lovely customer! Two full days of sunny eating and drinking, and learning all there is to know about outdoor cooking. Note our July full day fire school is sold out so this would be your last chance to cook all day with us until the end of August.

Soulshine Takeover Fire Supper at High Grange – Wednesday 14th June 7-11pm

Luke has a brilliant evening cooking at Soulshine in Bridport last week, and Andy and Joel are doing the return match at High Grange, doing a Fire Supper in their brilliant Bridport style.

Feast Night – Cocktail & Seasonal 5 Course Tasting Menu – Friday 16th June 7-11pm

Our signature tasting menu feast night. On the cusp of the Summer, this will be glorious, the veg patch overflowing, it will be filled with the best seasonal fruit, veg, and local meat and Lyme Bay fish, as well as our signature Summer cocktail, drunk by our woodland bar as the sun sets.

Tapas Masterclass & Paella Lunch with the Strawberry Tree – Friday 23rd June 11am – 3pm

A special tapas masterclass, cookery demonstration and paella lunch at High Grange with Gibraltan-born Gisella and Ed from the Strawberry Tree, a tapas restaurant in Lyme Regis. Luke will be chatting to Gisella about her background and cooking style, there will be a demo and tasting of the best of Spanish tapas, then we’ll sit you down for a delicious paella lunch and Spanish pudding. Part masterclass, part demo, part tasting, part feast, and a lovely Rioja-filled day out.
