West Devon based hamper company, Devon Hampers, is celebrating a major milestone this week. They have now received orders from over 100,000 customers. Many of these ordered multiple times or large corporate orders of up to 1,000 hampers and so the company has also passed a milestone of delivering over 250,000 hampers.

“I’m really pleased on behalf of the whole team to have achieved this remarkable milestone”, said founder and CEO Adam fox Edwards. “Since we started in 2014 we have concentrated on supplying the best quality produce and drink from Devon and Cornwall and delivering to customers all over the UK.  We have achieved this milestone through the hard work of our brilliant team and our remarkable supply chain of local producers who have kept going throughout the pandemic and in many cases have grown with us. I’m thrilled with the reception for our hampers across the UK which gives our region the well-deserved recognition for great produce.”

Devon Hampers is based at Milford Farm in West Devon. It supplies a range of over 100 hampers and additionally customers can choose their own contents for a tailor made hamper from over 500 items. 90% of its hamper contents are sourced from Devon and Cornwall – even the cardboard comes from Plymouth. It has its own bakery on site and produces its own scones, pies and pastries and its famous cream teas. The company has trebled in size during the pandemic and is now the leading hamper company in Devon.

The company has won many awards including Taste of the West e-commerce Retailer of the year and most recently won Gold in the 2021 FoodDrink Devon Awards.
