Amelia’s Café, Cofton Country Holidays, is dedicated to creating fantastic vegan meals for everybody. This Veganuary, they are featuring 5 Vegan dishes on their main menu:
- Vegan Breakfast – using meatless farm co sausages
- Moroccan Harissa Salad, Harissa roasted carrots & chickpeas, pomegranate seeds, rocket, orange segments, toasted almonds, with a chilli & shallot dressing
- Chilli Nachos – using a soy & bean chilli
- Banh Mi Ciabatta – ginger & lime hummus, pickled slaw, spring onions & chilli
- Beetroot, red pepper & Quinoa Burger – in a vegan brioche, roasted red pepper, vegan garlic mayo, rocket, tomato, red onion, gherkin, fries & slaw
Look out for their new 2-course gastro menu which will feature new vegan dishes for all to enjoy. Amelia’s is hosting an in-house competition, where a member of the FOH and on chef will team up to create a 2-course vegan meal to present to the judges. The winning duo will see their dishes featured on the new menu.

Amelia’s café and restaurant serve delicious breakfasts, a range of hot and cold meals and snacks. Food is served all day and open to residents and non-residents.
