Treat your loved one to a personalised, handmade craft chocolate plaque this Valentine’s Day.

Each plaque is handcrafted to order, from our own bean-to-bar chocolate. You can select which chocolate you would like for the base, a different one for the embellishments, and also choose which toppings you would like.

The plaques are available in two sizes:

Small 5 inch | 75g
Large 6.25 inch |130g

Orders will be shipped on Monday 12th February, unless a different date is requested, and must be placed by February 5th.

When you add the plaque to your cart, you will get a form asking for your personalisation options. If you need something different to what’s listed please email hello@exechocolate.com and we will try to accommodate your request.
