For an exclusive season of only 8 dates with a seasonal, locally sourced taster menu, Chef Scott is ready to serve you an exquisite taster of Shepherd Shack’s valleys and coastline.
The kitchen area has been reset and moved into the dining area giving you unprecedented access to view the Chef at work and find out more about how and where your food has been prepared. The main component is the keyhole fire pit – a more authentic method of cooking within bushcraft.
Shepherd Shack has selected 4 weekends over the summer offering 8 exclusive dates. For each weekend, Scott will tailor a taster menu to reflect the produce available at that time of the season, locally to the kitchen and the Ashcombe Estate. You will still need to pre-book to attend The Woodland Kitchen however this year are offering a 7-8 course taster menu priced from £80 per person – they do take into account dietary preferences i.e vegan, and allergens.
