Join The Husbandry School up on the hill over the coming months to learn and share skills around sustainable produce growing and land stewardship.

Spring Volunteer Days

Their monthly volunteer days return in March, where you can get involved in seasonal growing activities, such as seed sowing, transplanting and bed preparation, ready for Spring crops to get in the ground.

  • Saturday 5th March
  • Saturday 2nd April
  • Saturday 7th May

From 10am – 4pm, or as much time as you’re able to give.

Information on the volunteer days can be found on their website at; https://husbandry.co.uk/volunteering

Wellie Stomp Family Fun Days

The Husbandry School’s first Wellie Stomp of 2022 will be on Saturday 19th March.

Bring all the family along to spend the day planting seeds, exploring nature and picking great things to cook and eat! You will have a chance to meet and care for the animals, explore the woods, hedges, fields and ponds, and get stuck in with clay, wood, willow and wool to make and keep things to take home.

For more information on the Wellie Stomp Family Fun Days, and the rural craft courses, from basket weaving to spoon carving, visit The Husbandry School’s website shop; husbandry.co.uk/product-category/public-courses-and-events
