Papillon Dartmoor Distillery have launched their Special Edition Cask Aged Sloe Gin in time for Christmas.

This very Special Edition has been two years in the making. Locally handpicked sloes have been steeped for the first year, and then the gin has been matured in a Pedro Ximenez sherry cask for the second year, giving it a lovely depth of flavour. Sweetened with a little Dartmoor heather honey and sugar, it’s jammy with marzipan notes.

1% from each bottle sale is donated to Butterfly Conservation to help protect the endangered fritillary butterflies on Dartmoor.

Papillon is an award-winning small distillery based within the Dartmoor National Park. Our business is named for the Pearl-bordered fritillary, an endangered Dartmoor butterfly and we donate, financially and through volunteering, to a local Butterfly Conservation project that helps protect this species.
