Papillon Dartmoor Distillery have been awarded Gold for their Carabus gin. Named after the rare Blue Ground Beetle, £2 from every 70cl bottle is donated to Buglife to help protect this Dartmoor species. To celebrate this woodland beetle, woodland botanicals of hawthorn and rowan berries, nettles, wood sorrel and hazelnuts have been distilled to create this special gin.

Papillon is an award-winning small distillery based within the Dartmoor National Park. Our business is named for the Pearl-bordered fritillary, an endangered Dartmoor butterfly and we donate, financially and through volunteering, to a local Butterfly Conservation project that helps protect this species.
