Papillon Dartmoor Distillery announce B Corp certification

Papillon Dartmoor Distillery are delighted to announce they are a B Corp certified company.

B Corp Certification requires a holistic review of a business’ social and environmental performance, accountability and transparency, and is based on a vision of creating a community of for-profit companies committed to redefining success in business.

At Papillon Dartmoor Distillery our mission is to distill high-quality, distinctive drinks that embody the spirit of Dartmoor, while also being committed to sustainability, positive social impact and provenance. We take pride in crafting our beverages in small batches to ensure exceptional taste and smoothness.

We are committed to donating 2% of our revenues or more to conservation or local charitable partners each year – including in kind product donations.

We are dedicated to practicing sustainable ethics in every aspect of our business, from sourcing eco-friendly packaging to minimising waste and using renewable energy.

As a company that values integrity, we are transparent about our practices and strive to make a positive impact on the environment and our community. Our business is named for the Pearl-bordered fritillary, an endangered Dartmoor butterfly and we donate, financially and through volunteering, to a local Butterfly Conservation project that helps protect this species.

Treading lightly on our planet has always been at the core of all things Papillon.
