Get Ready to Feast: Northernhay Gardens to host the first FREE Exeter Street Food Festival this June!

The first Exeter Street Food Festival is heading to Northernhay Gardens this June. From Friday 14th – Sunday 16th June over 25 local and national street food traders will be serving up cuisines from across the world in the heart of the city centre.

Expect three days of great food, refreshing drinks, live entertainment and fun for all the family! All you need to do beforehand is grab your FREE ticket, arrive hungry and be ready to explore the globe one street food dish at a time.

The unique thing about Exeter Street Food Festival is that no two traders offer the same cuisine. This allows chefs to showcase their individuality whilst treating visitors to a wider range of dishes from near and far. You could feast on anything from Indian to Vietnamese, Thai to Moroccan, Mexican to Afghan, and Caribbean to Uzbek, with food to suit every dietary requirement and plenty to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Dawlish-based The Local Scoop will be on hand to satisfy that sweet treat craving. Their award-winning handmade ice creams come in a selection of classic flavours or you could go bold and choose something a little different from their specials menu. Because a day out filled with delicious food isn’t complete without a scoop (or two!) of the good stuff.

The festival is family-friendly at heart, welcoming all under-18s and well-behaved dogs for free!

Organisers Street Food Warehouse prides itself on a continued commitment to sustainability, which is why this year they’re introducing reusable cups at the bar. Simply pay a one-off fee of £2 with your first drinks order to receive your very own branded cup. This helps them significantly reduce their single-use plastic and help keep the festival cleaner for all to enjoy.
