A new wood-fired outdoor restaurant opens in the Courtyard of Shilstone Restaurant and Café.
The Fire Shed serves a seasonal menu with local meats, garden vegetables and larger dishes made for sharing.
Cooking over hot coals with wood from our estate, the open-air kitchen looks out onto the Courtyard. Serving a selection of sharing style dishes, specials and some of our favourite regulars cooked simply, led by fire and the fantastic produce we have on our doorstep, using what is available and in season.
Join the aclaimed Shilstone team for dinner and drinks – garden cocktails, wines, and local beers from the bar, with vinyl playing and live music on select evenings.
