Their dedicated team attend weekly sessions in the brewery and taproom where they learn new skills, build in confidence, and become part of something bigger.
Whether it’s brewing or packaging their award-winning beers or serving customers, all the trainees gain immensely from being part of the set up.
With your help, they’re aiming to raise funds to increase work opportunities by expanding the operation to include more events and deliveries. More people will be able to experience their seriously good beer (multi award winning at the Food Drink Devon Awards) and learn about their mission. The team will learn new skills, increase in confidence and experience invaluable social connection.
