NEW cooking retreats with Anita-Clare Field of award winning La Petite Bouchée

Anita-Clare Field, Chef Patron at multi-award winning La Petite Bouchée has launched a series of exclusive cooking retreats designed with heart and soul at their centre.

The first three-day retreat will begin on 29th November and will take you on a three-day adventure exploring the world of Vietnamese Cuisine.

Each retreat will be led by Anita-Clare Field, who will be joined for the first event by 2023 Masterchef quarter-finalist Chef Thuy Huang.

Offering a mixture of hands on cooking peppered with the occasional demonstration, you’ll be cooking a selection of some of Vietnam’s most iconic dishes including Pho, Summer Rolls and Bành Mi.

Anita-Clare is thrilled to welcome Chef Thuy Hoang to Devon to share her family recipes and extensive knowledge. She’ll be joining you for dinner on 30th November and then for a day of cooking on December 1st.

You don’t have to be the most experienced cook, you just need to have passion for food and flavour.

Throughout the retreat you’ll be staying at Stoodleigh Court Coach House, less than six miles from Tiverton. 

The tranquil setting makes it the perfect location for a rejuvenating and deeply restorative break. When you’re not cooking there are stunning walks, luxurious rooms to relax in and even a dip in the hot tub if you fancy it.

By the time you leave you’ll be ready to impress your family and friends with your newly acquired skills, together with a complete set of recipes. 

There will only be 10 residential places and very limited day passes available so early booking is highly advisable.
