Devon's Stone Tree Dairy in thrilled to introduce Dimpsy, a bloomy-rind, fresh cheese made from their own raw goats' milk. Enjoy it light and fresh, or a little later when it’s gooey and more pungent.

Dimpsy - which is an old Devon term for twilight - is already flying off the shelves in Ashburton Deli, Cheese Shed in Bovey Tracey, Country Cheeses, Darts Farm and Deli@Dartmouth.
