Flapjackery, much-loved for its delicious and generously-sized flapjacks, has opened its doors at 53 Broad Street, Lyme Regis.
The new shop will bring Flapjackery’s trademark mix of generosity, fun and indulgence to Dorset for the first time. Customers can expect friendly service and shelves stacked high with treats almost too good to share. Alongside flapjacks, the new shop will also offer fudge and handcrafted chocolate.
What began as a small stall at country markets has grown steadily into a multi award-winning business with shops across the south west and beyond. This year marks their 10th anniversary, and the new Lyme Regis shop is part of a year of celebration, with more openings planned across the country.
“We’re absolutely thrilled to be open in Lyme Regis,” said co-founder Carol Myott. "There’s something magical about its combination of natural beauty, coastal charm and independent spirit. It’s a place that people return to year after year, and it feels like the perfect match for Flapjackery. We’re really looking forward to becoming part of the community.”
Flapjackery prides itself on using traceable, high-quality ingredients and traditional methods. Each flapjack is mixed and baked by hand. Nothing is rushed or mass produced. As a gluten-free bakery, Flapjackery’s range is accessible to more people, without compromising on flavour or texture.
