Devon nano-brewery, Cottage Beer Project, has released its second batch of bottle conditioned Bespoke Blonde Ale (4.0% ABV) for spring.

It’s the brewery’s interpretation of a Blonde style – a light fruity character complementing its gentle toasted malt flavours.  Designed to be an easy-drinking, flavoursome ale, it’s perfect for savouring throughout the warmer months.

MD and Head Brewer, Dan Clayton, told us,

“I brewed this initially in early 2024, and it really flew out. What surprised me was that it also appealed to people who generally drink lager, as although it’s a real ale, it has a low bitterness. It’s great to be able to bring some people over from the dark side”.

Brewery Visits and Beer Tasting events at the little brewery have also begun in earnest again.  Contact them directly via the website www.cottagebeerproject.co.uk for further information.
