Ian Webber and Gidleigh Park have retained their Michelin star, which Chef Ian was awarded for the first time in 2025, continuing Gidleigh Park’s long heritage with the Michelin Guide.  

The Michelin Guide describes Gidleigh Park’s restaurant as "situated inside a grand Edwardian mansion, this is the epitome of country house dining; the setting, both inside and out, is beautiful, while the cooking is underpinned by superb premium ingredients".

Guests keen to taste Ian’s menus for themselves are warmly invited to Gidleigh Park, with the restaurant open Tuesday – Saturday for dinner, and with lunch served each Saturday and Sunday.

A special winter lunch offer means that until 29 March 2026, Gidleigh Park’s five course lunch menu is on offer for just £69 per person each Saturday and Sunday, excluding Mother’s Day, when celebration five course lunch menus are £75 per person.
