Their innovative Single Origin Peruvian Cocoa Tea was awarded THREE stars – only 2% of the 14,000 entries achieve this accolade, so it is very special tea!
Whole beans for the cocoa tea are roasted to bring out their natural cocoa aromas and red fruit undertones.
Cocoa tea offers a great healthy alternative to hot chocolate and is full of nutrients without sugar. It also has less caffeine than decaf coffee, so it is a great night time drink and is great for iced tea and even cocktails.
Made from beans from cocoa trees grow wild and naturally in the Peruvian amazon. The beans have a strong chocolate flavour and sweet acidity, predominantly citrus fruits, mangos and plums. This tea gives a long-lasting delicate chocolate flavour.
