New summer sip cocktail and olive pairings

Hannah from the award-winning Westcountry Olives has teamed up with some of our fantastic artisan spirit and cider producers to put together some great cocktail recipes… all paired with just the right olive for the occasion!

From Basil Smash by Gotland Gin (named after one of their magnificent rams) and paired with the delicious Basil Pesto olives, to Rull Orchard’s incredible still perry, Perryote, paired with Westcountry’s Lemon and Tarragon olives, Hannah includes a bit of background and top tips for each.

You’ll also find recipes created by Devon Rum, Thunderflower Distillery, Devon Cove Vodka and Exeter Gin, along with olive pairings by Hannah for each.
