New Head Chef and a new menu herald tasty changes at Shilstone Cafe

A new season and a new Head Chef bring in some big changes for The Shilstone Cafe’s menu.

This winter in the cafe it’s all about savouring long brunchy plates of food with friends and family, followed by freshly baked cakes with steaming cups of coffee – or tea, chai and matcha – whatever your favourite might be.

Jon, the cafe’s new Head Chef, brings a wealth of foodie experience with him. This, combined with his creativity and imagination, has delivered a brand new menu that ticks all the taste boxes. Offering customers something thoroughly delicious and truly unique to Shilstone.

Sunday Lunches

As well as a new cafe menu, Shilstone is unveiling some cosy changes to its popular Sunday Lunches. The marquee restaurant is moving for the winter into a new home in the great rustic barn, with stunning views from large windows overlooking the manor house and rolling countryside. 

Every Sunday in December for Sunday Lunch, the barn will come alive with the spirit of the season – twinkling lights included. Book your table from 12 to 3pm and gather your loved ones to enjoy festive flavours and create cherished memories. 

Exclusive Hire

If you’d like the space all to yourselves, the barn is available for exclusive hire for Christmas celebrations. Shilstone will work their magic to ensure your event is nothing short of spectacular including: a 3-course festive menu, private bar, resident DJ available to hire.
